Time for some random photos. The first is one Julia took of Jenn on Halloween. The others are from the newly-reopened Spencer’s Run dog park at Waveny Park. Data has been back a few times since it was made public again on November 1, which is great for him. I’m still not sure who had the brilliant idea to re-seed a dog park in the first place, let alone in October, but whatever.

Tonight, Julia and I joined her neighbors Jenn and Bob for dinner and bowling. We went to Pasta Fair in Norwalk, which is just a few minutes from Julia’s house and right across the street from the bowling alley. The food was great, which means Jenn and Bob will now have another place they can bring their kids in the future.
Bob spanked us all at bowling, although he needed to (and did) roll three strikes in a row to beat Julia at the end of the last round, but we all had a great time. We capped off the night with a round of Julia’s favorite game, Photo Hunt. Since it’s late and Julia has already fallen asleep, I won’t say too much, but I do have a pair of photos to post.
Tomorrow, we are going to meet with Sam in New Haven. He, along with his roommate, Will, and dog, Billy, put us up at their apartment in Portland for a few days during the road trip. Now, Sam is in town touring with the band Tally Hall as their sound manager. We are going to meet him at Modern Apizza for some great pizza before heading to Toad’s Place for the concert, for which Sam was able to get us tickets. Hopefully we’ll have plenty of photos tomorrow night!
