One of our good friends, Melissa, was sexually assaulted last weekend during “Spring Weekend,” the University of Connecticut’s biggest party weekend. She was brave enough to publish the story in The Daily Campus and also on her blog. I’d say more, but I’ll let her tell her own story, so please click those links.

Just a quick update for those of you on the edge of your seats when it comes to our lives.
In other news, Julia completed all of her classwork for a S.C.U.B.A. certification. She has promised that she will post about it, but has not done so yet. Also, I’m working on a really big photography-related post, but it will take me quite a while to finish.
Today I went for a bike ride and took a few photos. Click “there’s more to…” to see them all. Bonus photo of my chipped tooth before I had it fixed earlier today.

this is my first time posting since i got back from driving around all the time. i have been having so much playing with old friends that i just havent had time!
well today i have something to say
first of all this little black pomeranian that lives near julias house gave me a real hard time this morning. then a boxer growled at me too! but that was nothing compared to what happened later!
i went to visit bretts aunts dogs but one of them was really mean! she bit me on my lip and both ears! she even put a rip in one ear and i have a fat lip! brett and his mom gave me an earring to hold things together and used some glue on my lip and i am on some medicine for a little while so it looks like everything will be okay. i am going to have a nice long sleep tonight and try to forget about it!
