I dug myself in a bit of a hole today by falling asleep at 6 p.m., which led to me waking up at 11 p.m. Now, I’m wide awake at 3:45 a.m.
For the last few hours, I have been arranging the photos for my photojournalism portfolio, which I will be using to apply to jobs. Speaking of which, here’s a look at my game plan for the coming days. First of all, I’ve put together a kit that can and will be sent to galleries in the area in an attempt to have the photos from the road trip put into an exhibit. I will also follow up on some of the travel writing opportunities I’ve had. Most importantly, I am in the process of putting together a list of places (mostly newspapers) I would like to apply for photojournalism work. Hopefully I’ll know what’s going on soon!
